By purchasing tickets, booking events, or reserving services through Cantona Homestead, you agree to the following Terms of Sale.

Payments

• Full payment or required deposit is due at time of booking.

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to tax.

• Pricing may change at any time without notice.

Deposits & Final Payments

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• Remaining balances must be paid by the due date provided.

• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.

Refund Policy

• All sales are final.

• No refunds will be issued for:

  • Missed events

  • Late arrivals

  • Change of plans

• In limited cases, we may offer a credit or reschedule at our discretion.

Event Tickets

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Some events are pre-sale only and limited capacity.

• Entry may be denied if safety rules are not followed.

Weather Policy

• Events are typically rain or shine.

• In unsafe conditions, Cantona Homestead may:

  • Delay

  • Reschedule

  • Offer credit

Booking Policies (Parties & Rentals)

• Booking times must be followed.

• Overtime may result in additional fees.

• Client is responsible for guest count accuracy.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone not complying with safety rules or policies.
