Acknowledgment of Risk

By entering Cantona Homestead and/or participating in activities, you acknowledge that activities may include inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Interaction with animals (goats, sheep, bunnies, ponies, etc.)

• Outdoor terrain (uneven ground, dirt, mud, water areas)

• Children’s play areas (sand, construction zones, equipment)

Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Release of Liability

You agree to release and hold harmless Cantona Homestead, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims related to:

• Injury

• Illness

• Property damage

• Loss

Parental Responsibility

Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

Pony Ride & Animal Rules

• Participants must follow all handler instructions

• Weight and height restrictions apply

• Failure to follow rules may result in removal from activity

Medical Consent

In the event of an emergency, you authorize basic medical care if necessary.

Photo Release

By attending, you grant permission for photos/videos to be used for promotional purposes.

Agreement

Participation and/or purchase confirms acceptance of this waiver.
