Online Booking Contract

MOBILE BARNYARD SERVICE AGREEMENT, LIABILITY WAIVER & PHOTO RELEASE

Please read carefully. By checking the box below and submitting this form, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment Terms

Client understands that:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure and reserve the agreed event date.

  • The remaining balance is due one (1) week prior to the event date.

  • Failure to submit final payment one week prior to the event may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of deposit.

  • All payments are subject to applicable sales tax.

2. Setup Requirements

Client agrees to provide:

  • A safe, level area for setup

  • Clear access for unloading

  • Adequate space for enclosure and animals

  • Supervision of children outside of the animal enclosure

Cantona Homestead reserves the right to refuse setup if conditions are deemed unsafe for animals, staff, or guests.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release

Client understands that interaction with live animals carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Scratches

  • Bites

  • Falls

  • Allergic reactions

  • Property damage

By agreeing below, Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the Mobile Barnyard experience.

Client agrees to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Cantona Homestead, its owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in or attendance at the event.Client accepts full responsibility for guests and attendees during the event.

4. Animal Handling Rules

Client agrees that:

  • Animals will not be chased, hit, or mishandled.

  • Guests must follow staff instructions at all times.

  • Shoes are required inside the enclosure.

  • Food will NOT be accessible to the animals

Cantona Homestead reserves the right to remove animals or end the event early if safety guidelines are not followed. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

5. Weather Policy

Animals cannot operate safely during:

  • Heavy rain

  • Lightning

  • Extreme heat

  • Severe weather warnings

In the event of unsafe weather conditions, Cantona Homestead may reschedule at its discretion.

6. Animal Rest Policy

Client acknowledges that:

  • The health and well-being of our animals is our top priority.

  • Animals may require short rest, hydration, or cooling breaks during the event at the discretion of Cantona Homestead staff.

  • These breaks are included within the contracted service time and will not extend the event duration.

  • Cantona Homestead reserves the right to remove any animal from interaction if necessary for its safety or comfort.
